While there is still sooo much to do to be ready for campers to arrive this summer, please don’t stop praying about ways that you can help us get there!

While we wait for the beds to arrive, we’re still working on the bath and shower rooms in the dorm, the final stages in the kitchen, and we started on the pool this week! The financial need is still great to close the gap on the funds we need to be ready!

MAJOR PROGRESS IN PATRICK SPRINGS!

Please put March 22nd - 24th on your calendar as an On-Site service weekend. We will have limited overnight space available so please contact us NOW to reserve a room. All skillsets are welcome while we will spend time working all around the property, fellowshipping together over good food, along with some structured time praising God for all that He is accomplishing! (Reach out with questions or wait for more info to come!)

There is lots happening in and around Springs of Life Camp! The stalls that were donated by SoLC Alumni at Foss Demolition are beginning to go into the dorm bathrooms while the grass is already beginning to grow! As the first mow of the season us upon us, consider joining our Landscaping and Maintenance Team this summer. We also started on the swimming pool this week. If you know anything about commercial pool filtration systems, please let us know!

We have a really amazing opportunity with service with the Patrick County Ministerial Association. This month we had the privilege to lead the invocation at the monthly Patrick County Board of Supervisors meeting! We also had the opportunity to deliver coffee beans to a BRAND NEW ministry in Elkin, NC : The Twisted Squirrel! Be sure to follow their Facebook Page for the updates on their Grand Opening! Stop by and try the coffee, trust us, its amazing!

Special Prayer Needs:

Continue to pray for the Lord’s provision for laborers and the resources necessary for the grand re-opening of Springs of Life Camp.

Join us in praying over what God has in store for this Summer. Specifically the staffers He will send, and that He is already working in the hearts of those coming to serve with each week of Camp and the Campers who will experience each one.

That the Lord will continue to lead in each of our Special Outreach opportunities (Pop’s Place Property; The CREEKLIFE Coffee Company; Patrick County Family Discipleship Cohort; etc.).
