Someone put it like this recently: “Just think about how much work has been done already in comparison to what still needs to be done before campers arrive. The bulk of the work is already behind us!” Whew! You can say that again! It has been nothing short of a miracle with all that the Lord has allowed to be accomplished up here! We praise Him for what He’s done, and we eagerly await for what He’s got in store for us to experience! Since our last update, we’re pleased to tell you that we are about 80% from completing the top floor of the dorms and by the end of the day today, we suspect that ALL of the bunkbeds will be assembled! The kitchen inches closer and closer to being ready for the final inspection, and the front porch is also being brought back up to “code”. While all these things are being accomplished, the bills keep coming in and praise the Lord for how He provides. While we have yet to take any loans out for the restoration of Springs of Life Camp, the cost of doing ministry (and we haven’t even soft-launched yet) continues to rise and vendors are calling in for their payment. Tomorrow we will close our most recent “giveaway” and will begin to shift our focus back towards the coffee extension of our Outreach Ministries!
