Day Six (Thursday 11/2/2023)

As the workweek begins to wind down and the inauguration festivities are coming closer in sight, we ponder on the Lord’s goodness in all that He’s accomplished.

Beth’s house is officially under roof.

The kitchen at the training center is almost complete while some finishing touches are still left to go for tomorrow.

The large meeting space has completed electrical, and the decking in coming along quite nicely!

As we reflect on all of the events of today, we are reminded of how God pulls everything together in His perfect timing. Looking around at this trip’s team members, the projects that have been completed, the weather, the loose schedule…it’s humbling to know that God would choose US to know HIM in such an intimate way.

With each conversation about how the Lord is working in, through, and around us, the excitement grows as we look forward to what He’s going to do next!

“Let us maintain a deliberate expectation and trust in the Lord”- John Byrum

“We don’t want to get ahead of God, we also don’t want to drag our feet when He moves”- Derek Harm

“When we praise God, there’s no room for anything else in our lives. Our circumstances don’t matter” -
