Section 2: Financial Reports Review - Extensive look into our outgoing obligations and incoming pledges - Segment resulted in 2 Motions/Votes: Motion 1: To Accept financial report as presented - 1-Terry Amos;2- Tony Hart - Passed with no opposition; Motion 2: To resume salaries for Hughes family after pausing in 2021 (to be paid at the end of the year) - 1-Terry Amos; 2-Josh Dempsey - Passed with no opposition
Section 3: Summer Camp Rates Review/Proposal - Review of Cost-Per Camper/Person and Ramp-Up Rate Adjustment Proposal - Motion: To set a 5-year plan into motion with the potential that we may have to adjust the numbers based on the economy and industry standard at the time. 2026 numbers are the starting point (as presented) - 1- Matt King; 2- Charity King- Passed with no opposition
